This month was much like most months. However, I was busier than normal with appointments. There have been some changes. First, the department of Traveler’s AId which provides me with bus fare to get to and from doctor appointments have changed. I called the new department for the first time late last month. I also acquired a USB A – C cable. This will allow me to charge my phone next to where I sleep. Before this, I had to charge it early in the morning.
The first week was as normal. I, however, had a phone call regarding my brother. He, however, has yet to actually call me since the last time he did me wrong. This is for the best in my opinion, but he still sees it fit to cause more issues with me. Next, I had a doctor’s appointment which I went to. When I got back into Downtown, I missed my bus and had to go to a McDonalds’ to get off of my feet. This was because of me having to get bread to support my meals.

This month could have been a better month, but I made due. A number of things have happened which is probably worth mentioning. Some of these changes will also have an impact on my goal of getting out of debt which will cause some setbacks. Also, someone out of the blue have contacted me which was not expected and finally got an appointment I needed for a few months, but will have to wait on the appointment.
First, for the contacts. My brother as usual will call about once a month, and offer some vague promise of visiting. This month, he called twice with the same vague promise which never happened. This is normal lately. He is also making some choices I would not agree with, but he is his own person, and he knows my opinion. I also received a call for a psychiatrist appointment which will hopefully address some of the severe anxiety issues I have. I won’t see the psychiatrist until the second week of May. I had been in need of a new one since January. Since I am not running around with a shot gun, I guess I am not a priority. A distant family member also got a hold of me by email asking if I had the contact information of my Aunt (Mother’s sister). This is not something I have, and have yet to hear back from her. I would assume as with most of my family, she won’t need of me any longer. Continue reading April 2017
This week was a somewhat eventful one. I had to go to the ear doctor which they put a hole in the ear drum to drain the fluids. They also gave me ear drops which is to help with the fluid. It seems to be working properly, although there is still a few days left with that. I took the dogs for a long walk to Downtown, but was in a bit of pain when I got back. In this regard I over did it I am sure. I also received some money owed which went to Amazon. This is because I need to build up as much as possible to address the Prime Membership fees that will be due next month.
The dentures aren’t doing as well as I would like. I will make an appointment next week to address that. On some other news, I got a new domain name which is fsp.house, however I didn’t get fsp.link. The first one joined my Big Ass What If Network of sites, while the second unsuccessful one was intended to replace fsp.cc as a redirect system. I have sought for two other domains in pre-registration – which both will join the Big Ass What If Network of sites as well. The first pre-registered was fsp.rentals (be released on May 29), while the second is fsp.country (be released on July 1).

This week was a bit eventful. Even though Capital One denied me receiving the Quicksilver card (the one with cash back), and received a notice of the denial, I received another application request, and got the card I applied for. So, go figure. This week has been relatively busy otherwise. On Monday, I had to go to my anesthesiologist for a regular check up, and prescription. While on the bus to that appointment, I made an appointment for the dentist for the next day for some mold castings. In addition, on Monday, I bought a new pair of jeans, a package of socks, and razors (cheap ones) that will be used if the set I ordered does not come in time.
On Tuesday, it was just as busy. First, I went to register with the CAP Program. This will help make my electric bill a little more affordable. The representative suggested that I don’t pay next month’s bill which will be a shocker to me. However, I will follow their advise – at least for one month. That money will however go to my credit card. I also had to call a specialized pharmacy to verify some information for a special medicine I will receive for my pain. This will be in conjunction with my regular pain medicine. I then returned home, walked the dogs, and took a little nap. I woke up to go to the dentist which I forgot my shopping cart. I therefore will have to go another day. The dental appointment was better than most of the appointments as there was no real discomfort as they had to file a couple of the teeth down for the mold castings.

Today was a bit eventful. I had to call my anesthesiologist for a prescription refill. I also had to go to an appointment I made on the same day. The appointment was to address my flu symptoms. Ironically, the most severe symptom hasn’t resurfaced since I went. Although, the appointment, and the trip there and back took about 5 hours of my day.
As for plans for tomorrow, not much is planned. I will most likely stay home, but otherwise – I will will plan on walking the dogs before they will be fed. Not much else is expected to go on.
A bit happened today. I had a doctor’s appointment. I left at 10AM, and got home at 2:30PM. Most of that time was deal with the bus as I was in my appointment for about 30 minutes. I also learned the primary care physician I had for more than 15 years will be leaving for a teaching position. This will mean I will have a new doctor.
After leaving my appointment, I had to get a couple of prescriptions filled. I then went home to walk the dogs, and spent the rest of the day home. I went to bed although didn’t sleep well.

Today was a slightly busy day. I walked the dogs into the morning, and eventually had to go for a doctor’s appointment. The Troy Hill bus was a few moments late, but it was OK as I still caught the Freeport Road to get to the appointment on time. After that, I went to the pharmacy to get the prescription filled, but it would seem as if my insurance will not cover it until tomorrow. This means I have to make a special trip tomorrow. I got home, watched a few podcasts, and eventually updated my player that I use at night time.
As for plans for tomorrow, I will have to go to the grocery store, and to the pharmacy. The grocery store is to get dog food, while the pharmacy is of course for the prescription that needs to be filled.
Today has been an abnormally painful day. I had an increase of pain for about 4 days now, so I am thinking there might be something wrong. If it continues, I will definitely make an appointment with an orthopedic specialist.
I also had to make a few phone calls. One was to someone to remind them of something. Another was to Department of Public Assistance to notify them of a change. The third was to Social Security to notify them of the same change. This change was for removing the PO Box to set the home as the default address. This is because I will be cancelling my when the term ends in a couple of days.

A bit happened today, some of which was disappointing. First, I had a doctor’s appointment which was not much happened there. The doctor prescribed something for a small ear infection. Otherwise, nothing much happened. I then went to Downtown to check on my mail in false hope that One Main Financial finally sent the check they should have a week ago. It would seem as if they hadn’t yet. I will be checking again on Monday the 19th when I go for another appointment.
In the mid afternoon, the shopping cart ordered from Walmart came. This will mean that future events that I will have to go grocery shopping, especially for dog food, the cart will be taken. Since dog food is 38lbs (17.23kg) for the bag that will last two weeks, the idea is I should be able to put a minimum of one, and hopefully two bags in, and make it easier to bring the food back home, especially since I have to walk at least 3 city blocks to get to the closest bus stop to go home.

Today, not much happened. Chris left about 9:30, and I took the dogs out, and got them ready so I could take a 10AM bus for an 11AM appointment. Before the appointment, I picked up a couple of loaves of bread. I then went to the appointment which I had a 20 minute wait.
After the appointment, I went to a local pharmacy to pick up a gallon of orange juice. This was definitely cheaper than doing it locally. I then had to wait about an hour for the bus back home. After I got home, I took the dogs out for a walk which they were both happy for.
