Wishes and Wants

I have divided the Wish List into a number of categories. This will make it easier to find what you want to look for, and make it easier to manage. Each section will have its own shortlink from my redirect site. For items that can’t be placed on a wish list (such as my bills), they will be located on this site. The Wish Lists are as follows

Bills will go without saying. If someone wants to make sure the bill goes directly to the intended party, make a money order, and put the entity’s name on it. I can of course fill out the address, and mail it off.

Electronics are small consumer devices such as PDAs, and media players. In addition with mine, an Android tablet, smart pen, micro-SD cards, and an e-reader are all located here.

For the home are items that will remain in the home. Such will include music speaker systems, a new printer (which will do faxes), and eventually, hygiene and supplies will be located here.

For the PC is items for the current PC, or replacement PCs. Specific purpose machines like an IAX system, or Media Center System will not be located here as they do not serve the role that many might consider when they think of a PC.

Media center will be designed to replace the television, DVD player, and set-top box with a more efficient, and capable system. This will also play Windows based games, visit Hulu online, and utilize Netflix streaming without any special add-ons. The system will also have a blu-ray drive, and utilize a Core i7 CPU. There is only 1 hard drive bay with a single 1TB drive.

Music will included – well music. There might be some albums that are available only as a CD. In most cases, I will prefer a digital (min 256kbps MP3), but I won’t complain if there is a physical media.

The items I will consider as most important. These are items that will dramatically improve my life. This could mean in improving my life enough to where it will count, reduce expenses I may already have, or make the most of what I currently have.
