A bit happened today. I had a doctor’s appointment at 1:15 which meant I had to leave my apartment at 12:00. I also had other things to do, one getting food for the dogs. They ate their last meal this morning which meant – no matter what, they needed more food. I hadn’t been to the post office in almost a month neither.
So, I left my home at noon – shortly after exercising the dogs, walking them, and feeding them. I took the bus, and got into Downtown about 12:20. I went to the post office to pick up my mail. Most of it was junk mail, and the remainder was bills (one of which was paid already). I then walked to the P1 stop on Grant Street to get to my appointment on time.
Before making to the appointment, I went to the local grocery store to grab something to drink, and got a package of hot dogs for beggar that seem as if he would truly appreciate the food. My judgment was accurate, and he was thankful. I went into my appointment, and eventually seen my doctor. The Neurontin was cancelled which is good as the side effects was worse than the benefit it gave me. However, I am disappointed that I still am receiving the other medicine which I don’t feel is working well enough.
I went back to the grocery store. While there, I got some food to hold over until my food benefits come (about 2 weeks from now), and of course dog food. I only got a 20lb bag as that is the biggest size I could carry. I also got the dogs something else. With some positioning of the food within the bag, I was able to get it in the back pack that has rollers. I then needed to take the P1 again to get to Downtown.
Once in Downtown, I walked to the other side to get to a shoe repair shop to replace the worn out cleats with new ones. If I done everything right, I will not have to rush to deal with them on the first. I then took my route 4 back home and let the dogs out. I got back about 3:45 – so I was gone for four hours. I seen the doctor for 5 minutes.
On another Andie asked me to watch Xavier on Thursday which I don’t mind. I also seen my Verizon bill which seems a little low, but I am not complaining. I am still not happy with my channel line up though. The dogs got textured rubber bones to help reduce plaque, and keep their teeth in good shape. It also gives them something to chew on.
As for plans for tomorrow, I will be home most if not all of the day. I will exercise the dogs, walk them, and then stay in. The ankles are hurting, so I will need to keep the extra activities low.
