This month was much like most months. However, I was busier than normal with appointments. There have been some changes. First, the department of Traveler’s AId which provides me with bus fare to get to and from doctor appointments have changed. I called the new department for the first time late last month. I also acquired a USB A – C cable. This will allow me to charge my phone next to where I sleep. Before this, I had to charge it early in the morning.
The first week was as normal. I, however, had a phone call regarding my brother. He, however, has yet to actually call me since the last time he did me wrong. This is for the best in my opinion, but he still sees it fit to cause more issues with me. Next, I had a doctor’s appointment which I went to. When I got back into Downtown, I missed my bus and had to go to a McDonalds’ to get off of my feet. This was because of me having to get bread to support my meals.

This week was as most starts of the month where I do a lot of activity, but of little interest. I picked up a couple of groceries at the end of the month, and had an errand in the middle of the month where I also added funds to my Connect Card. This was essential as I had very little left. I also had an appointment with my Anesthesiologist, but this was the normal 3 month follow up. And of course, I paid my bills – all of which were done electronically. Andrea paid a portion of her phone bill, and hopefully will pay the rest before Tuesday of next week.
As for plans for next week, I will have another doctor’s appointment, and will have to get groceries for most of the month. I will also be continuing to work on my one site that I want to finish (but not likely) before the end of this month. I will also be indulging myself on American Horror Story – Coven (season 3).
This week was a bit of a busy week. Almost every day, I was out doing something. Exceptions to this was on Sunday. On Monday, the dogs got a long walk. This was a bit different from their normal one as they had a walk as far as Downtown. On Tuesday, I had a dental appointment for denture fittings. On Wednesday, I had an appointment with my primary care doctor which wanted me to see a specialist for an ear problem I have. On Thursday, I made the appointment which they wanted me to come in the next morning. In addition, the dogs got a longer walk – this time just to the Giant Eagle. In addition, Chris stopped by for a couple of hours. On Friday, I had the appointment with the ear doctor which some medicine was prescribed. After which, I had to run an errand. On Saturday, I had to wait for FedEx to deliver a package. This package was rawhide sticks for the dogs, a USB Charging hub, and cooking rings which is used for pancakes, and eggs. After that, I went to the Laundromat which I had to do my laundry.
On other events, I received a letter from Duquesne Electric accepting me into the CAP program which helps with reducing the electric bill. I also got cleats on my shoes which was needed especially considering that I do have to walk a lot with the dogs. I got my SSI benefits which went to my bills, and credit cards. Otherwise, this has been a productive, but hard weekend. There were a few days where I had to supplement my pain medicine with Ibuprofen.

This week is a pretty quiet week considering it is the end of the month. The first few days were busy. On Sunday, I went to help my brother, and his girlfriend with something. Since there were no buses, I had to walk down the hill, and when returning home, I used Spring Garden Avenue to Lager which was a little bit easier (although longer) than traversing Troy Hill Road. On Monday, I went to the grocery store to get some things I needed. However, I didn’t get everything I needed which was a little disappointing, but I will make due. In addition, I bought a bag of dog food. While I am not low on their food, it is still good to make sure I have a spare bag. Although, I did get shampoo which I was low on. I also got my prescription filled, but didn’t make it to the bank to deposit a $10 check I received. Later in the evening, someone came to drop off money he owed for a small favor I did for him. In turn, I went to the bank on Tuesday morning to deposit the check, and cash. This will then be applied to my Capital One Card that I use to pay bills with.
In addition, on Tuesday, I had to make a couple of phone calls to address a couple of things. Chris also stopped by and spent the night. However this day has been relatively quiet. One of the calls I had to make was for an appointment with my PCP. They managed to get me in the next morning. This however meant that Chris and I left my apartment at about 7:30AM. I went to his place after my appointment for lunch, and then back home.

This week was a little busy. I had to get dog food before my appointment. I had my appointment on Wednesday, but didn’t have enough for both dogs for when Monday came. Therefore, I left at 7:25AM to get the 7:30AM bus to get me to the grocery store. It is actually nice to get to the store this early. While I got dog food, I also picked up some food to hold over until mid next week. Wednesday, I went to the dentist which I just needed some fillings. In addition, I tried to get a different type of dentures approved which didn’t happen.
I also ordered what I thought to be a Bluetooth Keyboard. In addition to the keyboard, I ordered a 6” micro-USB cable, and a case that was supposed to function as a stand for my Sero 7. The keyboard was for the Nexus 7 so I could give it a bigger role. However, the keyboard failed to be a Bluetooth Keyboard. After contacting Amazon with this issue, I received an RMA. I did informed them that this was one of the results I received when I searched for Bluetooth Keyboard. However, I had to print out a UPS label which meant I needed to go to Downtown to print the label (since I have no printer), and since the keyboard will not fit in a drop box, I went to Manchester to drop off at the UPS customer service station. Taking a 13 there, I had to walk a bit – and to return, I was able to take the 18 which I then transferred to the LRT line at Allegheny Station. I had to wait, so I decided to get lunch. Considering I have only a little bit of food, this was just a pain on the wallet so to say.

Not much happened today. I made a couple of phone calls. One was for a dental appointment. This is to remove an impacted wisdom tooth. This appointment is for later this month. I also made a couple of other calls, but that was my morning. I also did a little work on my web site. It was too cold to take the dogs for a walk, so they instead got to play outside for a while. I also watched a couple of shows from Hulu.
As for plans for tomorrow, not much is planned. I will likely remain home, especially with the possibility of near 0 temperature (Fahrenheit). I will be doing some work on my website, and will have to make a couple of calls. However, for the most part – the day will be rather quiet.
Today was a bit of a busy day, but not as productive as I would have liked. I had an appointment with my anesthesiologist which was the normal checkup every 3 months. The appointment time was a bit off in relation with the bus runs, so I went to the Waterworks Mall – add funds to my Connect Card, and then went to the appointment. This was great as when I got out of my appointment, I walked to the bus stop and got on the 1 within a couple of minutes, and then the 4 within less than 10 minutes of getting off the 1.
Once I got home, I let the dogs out, fed them and spent the rest of the day on myself. I did receive a letter from Social Security which suggests that my income will increase about $10 extra per month. I will report this change with Section-8, and Department of Public Assistance.

Today was a bit eventful. I had to call my anesthesiologist for a prescription refill. I also had to go to an appointment I made on the same day. The appointment was to address my flu symptoms. Ironically, the most severe symptom hasn’t resurfaced since I went. Although, the appointment, and the trip there and back took about 5 hours of my day.
As for plans for tomorrow, not much is planned. I will most likely stay home, but otherwise – I will will plan on walking the dogs before they will be fed. Not much else is expected to go on.
Today was a busy day. I woke up early which was a good thing. After letting the two out in the back yard, I took them out for a walk. Malak still feels a need to do his business on the walk which I am not too fond of. After the walk, they had some time for themselves before I let them out one more time, and then having to leave for an appointment.
My appointment is for a dental surgeon that will do some work that the regular dentist can’t do. My appointment was for 8:30AM. I arrived at 8:!5AM, and finally seen the doctor at 9:30AM. Yes, that would be 1 hour later than the appointment. I personally would have expected better from Montifeore Hospital.

Today was a somewhat busy day. I had replaced Chris’ phone with a new one. The defective phone should hopefully go out on Monday. Chris spent some time here and was able to leave with all of the updates needed.
He took me down the hill to where we part ways with him returning to his home, and me going to my dental appointment where I had a filling that needed to be done. Afterwards, I went back home via the bus system, took the dogs out for a walk and fed them.
