Sunday was much like most Sundays. I walked the dogs, but that was the most eventful part of the day. Chris said he was going to stop by, but never did. I’m assuming his employer decided to not pay his check yet. That is a whole another story which I would never get into with this blog. And while it will be financially hard, I purchased a bag of dog food that is at about $1.00/lb as opposed to 64¢/lb. This will be a financial challenge as this will mean $80 per month, but I will hopefully make due. The dogs should have something better quality then what they been eating. Since I never went to the store (no bus service), I ordered through Amazon, and it is being sent through them which I should receive it on Wednesday. At this time, I will use the last bag and shift the new dog food by gradually mixing it with the old.
I was hoping to walk the dogs to Andrea’s house, but there was a good chance of rain which means I would have likely got stuck in it, especially returning home. Instead, their walk took them down Rialto Street, across the 31st bridge, along Penn Avenue, across the 16th street bridge, and up Troy Hill Road. When they got home, I gave them half of the meal they normally get in opting to split their meal across two periods. This is because Malak doesn’t seem to do as well with eating all one meal. When they go to their annual checkup, I will bring it up with the vet. I also made a couple of phone calls, but otherwise – not much happened today especially with the rain coming in on the afternoon. The day finished off rather ordinary. I watched a couple of videos, and podcasts, but not much beyond that. I will blame the walk for that.

This week is a pretty quiet week considering it is the end of the month. The first few days were busy. On Sunday, I went to help my brother, and his girlfriend with something. Since there were no buses, I had to walk down the hill, and when returning home, I used Spring Garden Avenue to Lager which was a little bit easier (although longer) than traversing Troy Hill Road. On Monday, I went to the grocery store to get some things I needed. However, I didn’t get everything I needed which was a little disappointing, but I will make due. In addition, I bought a bag of dog food. While I am not low on their food, it is still good to make sure I have a spare bag. Although, I did get shampoo which I was low on. I also got my prescription filled, but didn’t make it to the bank to deposit a $10 check I received. Later in the evening, someone came to drop off money he owed for a small favor I did for him. In turn, I went to the bank on Tuesday morning to deposit the check, and cash. This will then be applied to my Capital One Card that I use to pay bills with.
In addition, on Tuesday, I had to make a couple of phone calls to address a couple of things. Chris also stopped by and spent the night. However this day has been relatively quiet. One of the calls I had to make was for an appointment with my PCP. They managed to get me in the next morning. This however meant that Chris and I left my apartment at about 7:30AM. I went to his place after my appointment for lunch, and then back home.

This week was a pretty dull and quiet week. I had to go to Downtown to handle something on the behalf of someone else. I also had received a call from LiHEAP which I should be receiving something from them soon to give to the landlord. While I was in Downtown, I bought the needed postage to take care of that. Chris also stopped by and spent the night, but otherwise – this has been a relatively quiet week.
On some other notes, I did have a problem with my Verizon FiOS router which made a 10 minute job take the entire afternoon. Needless to say, I am not happy about that. I also received the Amazon Kindle (basic model without ads). The only reason I was able to get this is because I do it across 6 monthly payments. I wrote a first impression review about it. I also watched episode 14 of The Walking Dead, and all I have to say is poor Lizzie, but in some instance I seen it coming. When Chris watched the episode, he was a bit shocked and astounded. He didn’t see it coming at all.

This week was a bit eventful. Even though Capital One denied me receiving the Quicksilver card (the one with cash back), and received a notice of the denial, I received another application request, and got the card I applied for. So, go figure. This week has been relatively busy otherwise. On Monday, I had to go to my anesthesiologist for a regular check up, and prescription. While on the bus to that appointment, I made an appointment for the dentist for the next day for some mold castings. In addition, on Monday, I bought a new pair of jeans, a package of socks, and razors (cheap ones) that will be used if the set I ordered does not come in time.
On Tuesday, it was just as busy. First, I went to register with the CAP Program. This will help make my electric bill a little more affordable. The representative suggested that I don’t pay next month’s bill which will be a shocker to me. However, I will follow their advise – at least for one month. That money will however go to my credit card. I also had to call a specialized pharmacy to verify some information for a special medicine I will receive for my pain. This will be in conjunction with my regular pain medicine. I then returned home, walked the dogs, and took a little nap. I woke up to go to the dentist which I forgot my shopping cart. I therefore will have to go another day. The dental appointment was better than most of the appointments as there was no real discomfort as they had to file a couple of the teeth down for the mold castings.

Today was a busy day. First, I had to go to the pharmacy. This was to drop off a prescription which I left there while I had to do address a few groceries. Next, I went to the grocery store to get a couple of loaves of bread, and carrots for the dogs. I also bought a notepad which I was running low on the paper resources I have. In addition to getting my groceries, I also had to add funds to my Connect Card. This was to assure that I will have the bus fare I will need.
Chris also stopped by for a few hours. After he left – I walked and fed the dogs. As for plans for tomorrow, not much is planned. I will definitely be home – although I will plan on doing my laundry. Also, this will be the last daily update post I will be making in the foreseeable future. After today, I will be doing weekly updates rather than daily. These updates will provide from Sunday through Saturday, and will be published on Sunday morning.
Today was an active day, however I would have wanted it to be more productive. Chris spent the night, and had to leave in the late morning to watch his children, which is fine. I had some money that needed to be deposited into the bank which I did that. However, there was a line, and one person seemed to have taken a bit of a longer time to do his business. By the time I got to the teller, and made my deposit, I had to decide to catch the bus, or drop of the prescription for it to be filled on Saturday, and wait an hour. I decided to catch the bus. After that, I walked the dogs, and fed them. I also wrote a blog posting about the Nexus 7 review.
As for plans for tomorrow, I will plan to do laundry, but otherwise nothing else planned. I will also do some personal document work, but otherwise – tomorrow will be rather quiet. I will also be planning on reducing the number of blog posts I will be doing. This will mean at the end of the week, there will be no more daily updates, but instead either weekly updates, or major events.
Today was a busy day. I received replacement dog bones treats for the dogs which I get a supply of 12 every month. I also did some work on a document, and walked the dogs. In addition, someone that owed money paid out in the early afternoon. In addition, Chris stopped by in the late evening, and spent the night. I also played a little bit of games, and did some browsing. As for plans for tomorrow, I will have to walk the dogs, and go to the bank to make a deposit. In addition, I will have to drop off a prescription that is due on Saturday.
Not much happened today. Chris stopped by for a few hours, but otherwise = today was pretty quiet. Likewise, not much is planned for tomorrow. I will have to make a couple of phone calls, but for the most part, it will be relatively much like most other days.
Not much happened today. I worked on a document, but otherwise – things have been quiet. Chris stopped by for a few hours today. He called asking when the bus that serves Troy Hill enters Downtown. All in all, today has been relatively quiet. However, for plans for tomorrow, I will have to go to Downtown (as early as possible). The location I need to go to opens at 7:30AM, so I am hoping to get a 7:30AM bus to get in there at 7:45, and leave out at 8:!5AM. If I can do this, it will make my life easier as the documents I will have to deal needs to go out by 11AM.
Today was a slightly busy day. Chris asked me to bring his keys over, however he didn’t have the bus fare to return. In reality, I should have just gone tomorrow. However, on another note, he gave a couple of days of groceries that will need a couple of things to make them complete. Nonetheless, that will help a little. When I got home, I let the two out, and prepared their meals. As for plans for tomorrow, not much is planned, although I will try to get some groceries. It will depend on how cold it gets as it is not essential right now. Although, I will have to consider everything as I have a package due on Wednesday.
