Not much happened this week. This week had Christmas which is important to my brother’s family, but much like most days for me. I did go to Chris’ since he wasn’t going to Butler PA with his girlfriend, and the children. This was due to room in the car. I brought the dogs with me to his place, and obviously walked there and back. I left about 11AM, and got home about 9PM. A friend of mine asked for my address which I sent it to her. However for the most part – this has been a quiet week.
As for plans for next week, I will have my income coming in, which I will have to pay my bills and rent. I am expecting a minor increase of money for 2015 (about $20/month), but this will barely enough to cover my transportation cost much less anything significant. However, as always – I will make due.
This week has been very little of productivity. I took the dogs for a walk almost every day, but for the most part – I have been in a bit of pain. I have also been working on a document which I will like to publish in a month or two. Otherwise, little much else has happened. On a side note, I acquired a Nexus 16GB which will hopefully be a gift for my brother, and his family. However, my brother will have to pay the money he owes me from other issues, otherwise – the tablet will for my own benefit. The only reason I acquired it when I really don’t have the funds is due to the fact the tablet was almost half of the new price. Therefore, if it becomes a gift for my brother’s family, then it would have been an investment worthwhile. Otherwise, it will function as a second tablet in the home.
As for plans for next week, not much will be planned as the end of the month is coming. I am still waiting for Assurant to refund the money from return of their inferior tablet they tried to pawn off on me. I will also need to add funds to my Connect Card especially since I have will have a number of things I will need to address in the first week of the coming month.
This week was the last week of the month, and therefore not much happened. I was able to give the dogs a long walk, and had to go to the Grocery store, but otherwise – not much happened. The first of the month came on Friday which meant my benefits came on that day. I paid my bills with exception of my Verizon bill which they manage to put an inaccurate amount on the bill again. I am at the point where if they don’t fix this problem, I will reduce my speeds – especially since some times I don’t even see a benefit of the “50MBPS” connection.
As for plans for the next week, I should be getting money owed for their portion of the bill from both Andrea and Chris. I should also be able to hopefully pay my Internet bill, and will be expecting a bag of dog food to come in. Otherwise, not much is planned.
Not much happened this week. I went to my brother’s place a couple of time, one with the dogs. Otherwise, I took them out for a walk when the weather was good, and when I wasn’t in a lot of pain. I also did some work on a site that is in BETA that will soon be a part of a new domain. For the most part, this week has been relatively quiet. As for plans for next week, not much is planned – especially considering it is the end of the month. I will hopefully get the unlock code for the phone I wanted to sell. If not, I will have to call T-Mobile and demand something in return. I will also hopefully be able to get some of the money that will be needed for Talisa’s test.
Today (2014-07-14) was a crazy day. First, I had to run a couple of errands. This led me to walk the dogs early in the morning. I then boarded a bus to go to Downtown at 8AM. Out of this, I went to find out shipping costs for an item so I will know when I get a similar item. I also got an email from an eBay seller to tell me that what I asked for wasn’t what I got. So, that was a thorn in the side. I also went to FedEx to make a few copies, and get a receipt scanned to .pdf. After the post office, and FedEx, I waited in line to get into Social Security to get verification of my income. I went home, walked the dogs again, and went back out after I dropped off everything I done. I went to the pharmacy to pick up something there, and made it back home.
Part of what needed to be done was fold some documents which then had to be stamped, and prepared to send. The income verification would have been among them, but the envelope from the company was defective which meant I had to call them, and get an address I can send mail too. That will have to be done when I get the chance. I will have that document and what needs to be done prepared beforehand. The receipt is for my Nexus 5 which I chose to spend $90 for a 2 year agreement as compared to what I would have to pay with T-Mobile. I sent an IM to the person that was supposed to have the phone about the defect. I also sent a message to help someone, wrote two blog postings on my Technology Blog, and a posting on this blog (other than this one), and concluded the day with dinner, and ending the evening.

This week was a little busy, but much the same. I spent a part of it working on a couple of sites – mostly addressing the fsp.rentals sub domain. I also had an appointment with my anesthesiologist. The dogs got walked most of the days, but there have been times where the pain was a little unbearable to walk them. On Saturday, I received new backup headphones – although no support for phones, so it will only work for the tablet. It is however better than almost nothing.
As for plans for the next week, I will have to go to the bank to deposit money to transfer to my credit cards. I will also expect a charge for my Kindle to come through. In addition, I will need to do some laundry, especially socks. However, much of next week will be like this week.
Not much happened this week. I done a little work on my various sites. I also took the dogs out for a couple of long walks this week. I finished paying my bills including my Electric Bill. Andrea paid most of the bill for her phone which was used to make another payment to my credit card. I also had to buy some groceries, and I ordered dog food for the month. Not much else went on. I did receive my food benefits, but will be waiting until I have to go close to the grocery store before buying food. This is why I bought some groceries early.
As for plans for next week, I will have two doctor appointments, one being for the ear which started draining again, while the other is a dental cleaning appointment. Also, with Google terminating XMPP support with GTalk, this will mean I will have to make some adjustments with my home phone. I will be doing this at the last minute to reduce the cost of using the SIP provider. Otherwise, not much is planned for the week to come.
Not much happened this week. I had to get a few groceries, and while I wanted to give the dogs a long walk this week, it rained on most days. I also got my benefits which went to most of my bills. Otherwise, there has been little that happened this week. Some of my time went to working on my newest site. Chris said he was going to stop down, but never did. As for plans on the coming week, not much is planned. I will be going to a follow up appointment, and will be getting groceries as well. I will also expect to get the money from Andrea for her portion of the phone bill which will be applied to my Electric bill with whatever is left to my credit card.
This week was a bit of a busy week. Almost every day, I was out doing something. Exceptions to this was on Sunday. On Monday, the dogs got a long walk. This was a bit different from their normal one as they had a walk as far as Downtown. On Tuesday, I had a dental appointment for denture fittings. On Wednesday, I had an appointment with my primary care doctor which wanted me to see a specialist for an ear problem I have. On Thursday, I made the appointment which they wanted me to come in the next morning. In addition, the dogs got a longer walk – this time just to the Giant Eagle. In addition, Chris stopped by for a couple of hours. On Friday, I had the appointment with the ear doctor which some medicine was prescribed. After which, I had to run an errand. On Saturday, I had to wait for FedEx to deliver a package. This package was rawhide sticks for the dogs, a USB Charging hub, and cooking rings which is used for pancakes, and eggs. After that, I went to the Laundromat which I had to do my laundry.
On other events, I received a letter from Duquesne Electric accepting me into the CAP program which helps with reducing the electric bill. I also got cleats on my shoes which was needed especially considering that I do have to walk a lot with the dogs. I got my SSI benefits which went to my bills, and credit cards. Otherwise, this has been a productive, but hard weekend. There were a few days where I had to supplement my pain medicine with Ibuprofen.

This week was a pretty dull and quiet week. I had to go to Downtown to handle something on the behalf of someone else. I also had received a call from LiHEAP which I should be receiving something from them soon to give to the landlord. While I was in Downtown, I bought the needed postage to take care of that. Chris also stopped by and spent the night, but otherwise – this has been a relatively quiet week.
On some other notes, I did have a problem with my Verizon FiOS router which made a 10 minute job take the entire afternoon. Needless to say, I am not happy about that. I also received the Amazon Kindle (basic model without ads). The only reason I was able to get this is because I do it across 6 monthly payments. I wrote a first impression review about it. I also watched episode 14 of The Walking Dead, and all I have to say is poor Lizzie, but in some instance I seen it coming. When Chris watched the episode, he was a bit shocked and astounded. He didn’t see it coming at all.
